Personnel are good, front desk did not inform me of what work was performed. I had to ask a lot of questions. every time I pick up vehicle from work the vehicle is covered in grease hand smudges. I'm really getting tied of this I have to clean my vehicle every time

Went in for an oil change, as always, the entire staff was great. The girls in the service department are always so nice and I was in and out in no time like usual.

A rear main seal that came with a brand new engine busted and somehow it's not covered under warranty even though it's one of the main pieces that hold oil in the engine. I supposedly have a 3 year warranty and have put less then 10000 miles on it.

I had an oil change & transmission flush done yesterday morning. When I got home I noticed that the transmission was seeping just a little bit & found that some of transmission pan bolts were just a little loose not that bad but enough to cause a seep. I tightened the bolts.

I told them my belt and tensioner was bad on my car. I had chevy dealer in Doniphan mo look at it. I told them I wanted to take it to you to have it done. Your people told me there was nothing wrong with it. I went back to Doniphan and I don't have the noise anymore. Strange.... I might be a woman but I do know when my car is making noise. I used to own a parts store.

Appointment was at 0800...seen immediately. Oil Change, Tire Rotation, Engine Filter...all completed in under 1.5 hours. Waiting Room was nice....people at the front desk were friendly and efficient.

Brought my truck in they diagnosed it and immediately started the repairs, Done it in great time. The ladies in customer service were very nice and kept me updated. Repairs went well and I am Highly satisfied.

Service was fine but it did take almost two hours for an oil change. When they checked a light that was on my dash(as requested) they were very cryptic in telling me exactly what it was. They just kept giving me very vague answers. I like to research before I replace anything, due to issues we have had in the past with other vehicles and other dealerships just throwing parts at a problem. They have not done this, but I still like to do my own research first. They would never give me a direct answer on what exactly was the problem, just told me the cost. I don’t think this is okay.

Dropped vehicle off for the 2nd time. It has the same problem and I go without my vehicle for 2 to 3 weeks. I call for an update and get nothing from the service writers. Not informative of updates and potential completion. I have to constantly go to my salesman for a vehicle to drive and to get updates.

Was able to handle most of the negotiations via text and that made it less stressful and easier to work in with normal daily routine. Alex was easy to talk to, and very helpful. Overall a very good experience.

Came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and a multipoint inspection. After getting my vehicle back from service I noticed my car pulls to the right pretty bad but I couldn’t take it back to service department as I was heading out of state. Was gonna follow up Tuesday to address the issue. My vehicle did not have this issue beforehand so I’m really not happy.

Nice waiting room, nice staff at entrance, and I didn’t wait too long!

The work on my vehicle was done in a timely manner. Employees were very courteous.

I always schedule my appointments online and the last 2 times that I have came they told me that they didn't get the scheduled appointment since it was made online so they will have to work me in. I usually schedule my appointments at least a week or two before. So I don't understand why they would have to work me in. If you have a system were people can schedule online then it needs to be checked often. The last time I had an oil change my fluids were not checked. I always ask for a mutli-point inspection so I expect my fluids to be checked and topped off if need be but they weren't the last time. I told them this time to make sure my fluids are checked and topped off and she told me that she will let them know but they do that on the other side. Once I get my conformation email then I expect it to be scheduled at the time I set it up.

Tristen has been a great help since Mari left the service department. I appreciate that I'm always asked before an unexpected expense or repair is made, that the will pick up my car while I work for routine maintenance, and that I can pay through a text of my receipt.

I am 69 years old and have bought many vehicles over the years from all over the USA. I never once felt that I HAD to buy. My salesman Andy was very easy to work with. I know I asked way to many questions, yet, he told me straight out the differences he sees in the models I was asking about. While I was comparing things in my mind as I was walking around. Several other sales associates asked if I needed anything. Never felt alone or pushed. Very happy with the experience.

Cashier did not have my appointment in the system and was extremely rude. When I showed her my confirmation, still very rude but did finally take my info and said I might have to wait awhile. I was out in about an hour and 10 minutes. Guess that’s not too bad all things considered. Never a smile, an apology or any explanation of the error.

I took my vehicle in with an unexpected mechanical issue. It was a time sensitive issue for me having it repaired and the entire staff went above and beyond to get it repaired quickly and back to me.

Rob was very helpful, and did exactly what he said.

Timely , friendly, professional knowledgeable team. I actually was able to carry on normal conversations with the staff without being shunned out the door. I would recommend anyone to choose Baldwin Chevrolet. Im up for a new vehicle and intend to use Baldwin in the near future once again.
