• Spend points earned for service, parts, accessories or sales at Baldwin Chevrolet.
• There is a personal website where you can track the points you've earned and shop online using Points Plus!
• All accounts come pre-loaded with $25 worth of service points to be used towards your next visit.

Baldwin Chevrolet Cadillac Preferred Owner Program – Terms and Conditions

The Preferred Owner Program (POP) is a loyalty program sponsored by Baldwin Chevrolet Cadillac, Inc. through which owners can earn points (dollars) which may be applied to future service, parts, or accessories at Baldwin Chevrolet Cadillac. Earn Preferred Owner points for Service, Parts, Accessories and Body Shop purchases from Baldwin Chevrolet Cadillac.

Participation in the program

1. All retail customers, over the age of 18, who have had service (labor and/ or parts) performed on their vehicles; or bought accessories and/or parts from Baldwin Chevrolet Cadillac are eligible to participate in the Preferred Owner Program.
2. Participation in the Program constitutes each Preferred Owner's full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
3. The personal information that is collected from you in connection with the Program will be used in accordance with the Baldwin Chevrolet Cadillac Privacy Policy.

Terms and Conditions

No purchase necessary to enroll. Earn points redeemable on your next visit to Baldwin Chevrolet Cadillac. All points (dollars) earned have no monetary value and can only be redeemed at Baldwin Chevrolet Cadillac under the terms and conditions set forth herein.

1. Points may NOT be redeemed for new vehicle purchases or leases.
2. Wholesale parts purchases are not eligible for points.
3. Purchases are required to earn points. No points will be issued retroactively.
4. Preferred Owner Points expire 24 months from date of last service activity.
5. Baldwin Chevrolet Cadillac reserves the right to disqualify any person(s) from participation, if, in its judgment the member violated rules, terms or conditions governing this program. In the event of disqualification or program termination, accumulated points will be terminated.
6. Baldwin Chevrolet Cadillac reserves the right to make any and all decisions as to the validity of accumulated points. All decisions considered final.
7. Baldwin Chevrolet Cadillac may modify any of the terms and conditions governing the Program at any time, including, but not limited to; the methods through which points (dollars) can be earned, how the Program can be used, and the value of the earned points (dollars), without notice, even though these changes may affect the Preferred Owner’s ability to use the points (dollars) that have already been earned.
8. The program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time that Baldwin Chevrolet Cadillac terminates the program, with no notice given.
9. The Preferred Owners continued participation in the Program constitutes the Preferred Owners acceptance of any changes made to these Terms and Conditions. The Preferred Owners is responsible for remaining familiar with any changes that Baldwin Chevrolet Cadillac may make to these Terms and Conditions. The most current version will be available on the Preferred Owner’s Website and will supersede all previous versions of the Terms and Conditions. A copy of the current Terms and Conditions is also available at the Parts and Service Departments at Baldwin Chevrolet Cadillac.

Earning Program Points

1. When you are first enrolled in the Program as a Preferred Owner you will receive a Preferred Owner account number. This account number is to be used for each eligible transaction.
2. Points (dollars) are earned with the following transactions: With each service department repair order (parts and labor) you earn 5% of the total dollars you spend (less all taxes and waste disposal fees) towards a future service.
3. With each parts and/or accessory transaction, you earn 5% of the total dollars you spend (less all taxes) towards a future service or parts or accessory purchase.
4. Extended warranty, Factory warranty, and Insurance deductibles are not eligible to earn Program Points (dollars).
5. Points (dollars) are only earned on out of pocket charges for service R.O.s and parts invoices, before taxes or fees.
6. The reward of points (dollars) is limited to $250 in any one transaction.
7. The redemption of points is limited to $250 in any one transaction.
8. The reward points are not valid on tire purchases.

Using Program Points

1. The Preferred Owners' account number (issued at the time of enrollment) can be accessed online and must be available to your Service Adviser at time of payment for reward/redemption to be applied.
2. Preferred Owners can use their reward points (dollars) for any customer pay service (parts and labor) expense up to a maximum of $250.00 in any one transaction.
3. Preferred Owners Program points (dollars) will expire if not used in a 24 months period of time.
4. Program points (dollars) have no cash value.
5. Program points (dollars) are non-transferable and non-refundable.
6. Program points (dollars) can only be redeemed at Baldwin Chevrolet Cadillac.
7. Returned items purchased with Program points (dollars) will not be exchanged for cash. The Program points applied to the purchase of the returned item will be credited back to the Preferred Owner’s account.
8. The Program cannot be used or combined with any other special offers or discounts.
